Cleaning water is a global problem of our time. The increased temperature of water provides high bioproductivity of bacterial, fito- and zooplankton. Water-cooled reserwations get intensiwely covered with water plants. As organic and plankton die, it very silt bottom, make water undrinkable and not suitable for rest. Electric power station incur high expenses on cleaning water and banks of the reserwations. It is possible to avoid a considerable aggravation of ecological conditions by rearing phytophagous fishes (eatplants) and eatsnails fishes the grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), Chinese Black Carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus), bighead & silver carps. Their ability to cleaning water and eat organic plants allows to obtain high quality fish products.

The most important is that, it takes twice as little time to obtain posterity in water-cooler reserwuar then in it with a normal temperature level. Within a reseach program a Ukrainian scientist has been the first in the world to prove the possibility of a numerous reproduction of first reared in water-cooled reservoirs without fodder during one season.

This scientific research not only allows to clean water and improve the ecological conditions of the water-frig lakes, but also utilize the lost thermal energy for valuable food prodact and posterity of reclamation-making fish. The proposed technology of polyciclic repeatedly obtaining of posterity from the same fish-parents within one vegetative season has been worked out by a separate scientist and includes four inventions that are not registered yet.

The technology received positive resalts and approval of scientists. It was checked in industrial conditions of typical reproductors. The results of this research are published in more then 30 scintific works. The technology has not been brought to the industrial process because of beurocratic bareers. This polyciclic technology is potentialy able to fill the biggest reservoirs with a great number of fish, provide select process, optimal using of producers with improvement reproduction characterystics. In research process made possible:

a/ untrauming test of define exactly timely, condition of eggs and dose;

b/ safly life of fish after taking him sex products;

c/ method of marcking producers in cages;

d/ method of water filtration for process incubation (90-95% good embryons);

The author of technology has ended post-graduate course of the Ukrainian fishering Institute, has carried out preliminary protection of the dissertation. By researches is more than 25 works also are made 8 reports at conferences. We are Searching possible cooperation & training in science and commercial biotechnology breeding silvercarp, bigheadcarp, black and white amurs, which cultivation in warmwatrer of frig-lakes in cages;
